These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Capri ("Capri", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Capri mobile application, website located at capri.dating, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, clicking "I Agree", downloading the app, or using any feature of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

By using Capri, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and suspend or terminate your account if we have reason to believe you do not meet these requirements.
To access most features of Capri, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@capri.dating if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Each person may maintain only one active Capri account. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.
You agree not to misrepresent your identity, age, location, or any other personal information. Profiles containing false, misleading, or deceptive information are subject to immediate removal.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these rules, please use the in-app reporting feature or contact us at info@capri.dating. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
You retain ownership of content you upload to Capri, including photos, bio text, and trip listings. By uploading content, you grant Capri a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
All content you submit must be accurate, lawful, and compliant with these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the license above and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, edit, or remove any user-generated content that, in our sole judgment, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. Content removal does not require prior notice.

Exact pricing may vary by region and will be displayed clearly in your local currency at the point of purchase.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at the time of purchase and at the start of each renewal period. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Capri does not directly process, store, or have access to your payment card information. By making a purchase, you also agree to the payment terms of the relevant platform (Apple or Google).
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of price increases, which will take effect at your next billing cycle. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
Because subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google, refund requests must be submitted through their respective platforms. Capri does not issue direct refunds for subscriptions. Apple and Google have their own refund policies that apply to purchases made through their platforms.
In exceptional circumstances (such as a demonstrable technical failure of the Service for an extended period), we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact info@capri.dating with details.
If we terminate your account for a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund of subscription fees paid.
Users on the free plan are subject to the following limitations, which may be updated from time to time:
These limits reset daily. We reserve the right to adjust the limits of the free plan at our discretion.
Capri offers a voluntary video verification program. Completing verification grants you a verified badge visible to other users and places your profile higher in discovery results. By submitting to video verification, you consent to us reviewing the footage solely for identity confirmation purposes. Verification footage is not shared with other users and is deleted after review as described in our Privacy Policy.
Verification confirms only that the person in the video appears to match the profile photos submitted. It is not a background check and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of any user's character, intentions, or background.
All content, features, and functionality of the Capri app and website — including but not limited to the Capri name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — are owned by Capri or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Capri, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
Capri may include links to or integrations with third-party websites or services (such as social media platforms). These third parties operate independently under their own terms and policies. Capri is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and those services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CAPRI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
Capri does not verify the identity of all users, does not conduct criminal background checks, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any user-provided information. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, including any in-person meetings arranged through the platform. Always exercise caution and good judgment when meeting someone in person.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAPRI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CAPRI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID CAPRI IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you in their entirety.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Capri, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit to the Service.
You may stop using Capri and delete your account at any time. Account deletion instructions are found in the app under Settings > Account > Delete Account.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and your account data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you have a dispute with Capri, we encourage you to first contact us directly at info@capri.dating to seek a resolution. We will attempt to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days of receiving a written notice.
For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your right to bring a claim before the competent courts of the EU member state in which you are resident.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of Capri after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
